First, I may decline any commission if it doesn't meet the aforementioned guidelines (regarding what I am or am not willing to draw) or if I simply don't feel comfortable with the commission. Furthermore, I can choose the order in which I begin sketching, regardless of the order specified in the request.

Second, during the sketch approval process, any corrections the client deems necessary can be made to the illustration. Once the client accepts the sketch, no further corrections can be made regarding the position and shape of the character; however, modifications can be made regarding color, as long as the change is not significant. In addition, I have the right to use sketches rejected by the client in future projects.

Third, the commission can take from 1 to 5 weeks to complete. The time directly depends on the number of pending commissions that I, as an artist, have. Any variations will be notified before accepting the order.

Fourth, the final artwork will be provided in high-quality PNG or JPG format. Delivery will be made via e-mail or VGen (for commercial commissions, the PSD file is included). In addition, the final illustration cannot be modified.

Fifth, as an artist, I have the right to publish the commission and mention that it was me who made it, regardless of whether it was for personal or commercial purposes. I can add it to my portfolio and use the illustration to advertise myself as an artist. However, if the client wants the illustration to be private, the cost of the illustration will increase by 50% of its original price.

Sixth, except for commercial commissions, illustrations for personal commissions will bear my signature as the artist and cannot be moved or deleted. The location of the signature will be assigned in a visible or central place of the illustration (as in the examples attached in my portfolio), the signature will not be in the corners of the illustration or in a remote place.

Seventh, the illustration can be distributed in any medium/platform as long as it is non-profit and it is mentioned that said illustration was made by me.

Eighth, in the case of commercial commissions, the client has the full right to distribute and profit from the final image, thus retaining the rights to my work.

Ninth, after the sketch and base colors have been approved, any changes that the client wants to make to the illustration must be paid for. The base cost for correction is 15 USD.

Tenth, once the final illustration has been delivered, the client has the possibility to request changes to the illustration with a base of 15 USD per correction up to one week after delivery; however, if that time passes (7 days) and the client just requests corrections, the corrections will be made as if it were a new illustration, based on the regular cost per illustration. That is, 40 USD if it is an illustration up to the bust, 55 USD if it's half the body, and so on.

Eleventh, requests submitted via the form and paid through Yape/Plin/bank transfer are prioritized, followed by those submitted via the form and paid via PayPal invoice, and finally, those paid via VGen. Only requests that have paid the express delivery fee receive the highest delivery priority.

First is the payment, and after receiving it, I will begin to draft the commission.

The transaction is through Paypal in USD, VGen or Yape/Plin/bank transfer (if you reside in Peru).

There is no refund once payment is made, nor can the commission be cancelled once I start the draft.

Primero, puedo rechazar cualquier encargo si no cumple con las directrices mencionadas (en cuanto a lo que estoy o no dispuesto a dibujar) o si simplemente no me siento cómodo con el encargo. Además, puedo elegir el orden en que empiezo a dibujar, independientemente del orden estipulado por el método de pago y vía de la solicitud.

En segundo lugar, durante el proceso de aprobación del boceto se podrán realizar a la ilustración las correcciones que el cliente considere necesarias. Una vez que el cliente acepta el boceto, no se podrán realizar más correcciones respecto a la posición y forma del personaje; sin embargo, se pueden realizar modificaciones en cuanto al color, siempre y cuando el cambio no sea significativo. Además, tengo derecho a utilizar bocetos rechazados por el cliente en posteriores proyectos.

Tercero, la elaboración de la comisión puede tardar de 5 a 10 días. El tiempo depende directamente de la cantidad de encargos que yo, como artista, tenga pendientes. Cualquier variación, se notificará antes de aceptar el pedido.

Cuarto, el arte final se concederá en formato PNG o JPG de alta calidad. La entrega se hará efectiva mediante e-mail o VGen (Para comisiones comerciales se incluye el archivo PSD). En adición, la ilustración final no se puede modificar.

Quinto, como artista, tengo derecho a publicar el encargo y mencionar que fui yo quien lo realizó, sin importar si fue para fines personales o comerciales. Puedo agregarlo a mi portafolio y usar la ilustración para publicitarme como artista. No obstante, si el cliente desea que la ilustración sea privada, el costo de la ilustración aumentará un 50% su precio original.

Sexto, a excepción de los encargos comerciales, las ilustraciones para encargos personales llevarán mi firma como artista y no podrán moverse o eliminarse. La ubicación de la firma será asignado en un lugar visible o central de la ilustración (como en los ejemplos adjuntados en mi portafolio), la firma no irá en las esquinas de la ilustración ni en un lugar apartado.

Séptimo, la ilustración se puede distribuir en cualquier medio/plataforma siempre y cuando sea sin fines de lucro y se mencione que dicha ilustración fue realizada por mí.

Octavo, en el caso de encargos comerciales, el cliente tiene pleno derecho a distribuir y lucrar con la imagen final, conservando así los derechos de mi trabajo.

Noveno, luego de aprobado el boceto y los colores base, cualquier cambio que el cliente quiera hacerle a la ilustración deberá ser remunerado. El costo base por corrección es de 15 USD.

Décimo, una vez entregada la ilustración final, el cliente tiene la posibilidad de pedir cambios a la ilustración con la base de 15 USD por corrección hasta una semana después de la entrega; sin embargo, si pasa ese tiempo (7 días) y el cliente recién solicita correcciones, se harán las correcciones como si se tratara de una nueva ilustración, partiendo del costo regular por ilustración. Es decir, 40 USD si es una ilustración hasta el busto, 55 USD si es mitad del cuerpo, y así sucesivamente.

Undécimo, se priorizan las solicitudes enviadas mediante el formulario y pagadas mediante Yape/Plin/transferencia bancaria. Luego, las enviadas mediante el formulario y pagadas mediante factura de PayPal, y finalmente, las pagadas mediante VGen. Solo las solicitudes con el envío exprés pagado reciben la máxima prioridad.

Primero es el pago y, luego de recibirlo, comenzaré a elaborar el boceto de la comisión.

La transacción es a través de Paypal en USD o Yape/Plin/transferencia bancaria (si resides en Perú).

No hay reembolso una vez realizado el pago, ni se puede cancelar la comisión una vez que inicio el boceto.

La puesta en servicio se realiza por orden de llegada.
